The Brother MFC-7360 is a monochrome laser printer that doesn't use ink cartridges like inkjet printers. Instead, it uses a toner cartridge containing fine powder (toner) that is fused onto the paper using heat and pressure to create text and images.

To replace the toner cartridge in your Brother MFC-7360 printer, follow these steps:

  • Turn off the printer and open the front cover.
  • Carefully remove the old toner cartridge by holding the handle and pulling it out.
  • Remove the new toner cartridge from its packaging and gently shake it from side to side to distribute the toner evenly inside.
  • Remove the protective cover from the new toner cartridge.
  • Slide the new toner cartridge into the drum unit until it clicks into place.
  • Close the front cover of the printer.
  • Power on the printer.
